Our planning sessions were lively, implementation prompt and reliable. We always felt you shared our strong feelings for the house and our sense of urgency in selling it. You listened to our ideas concerning a marketing plan that would present it in its most favorable light and helped improve it based on your collective experience in this market. Our relationship truly could be described as a partnership. Remarkably, you were able to keep your professional detachment at all times, try as we did to make you family members. Your periodic updates and reviews of activity, supported by your imaginative software package, were meaningful discussions that always left us encouraged about your representation, even if the news wasn't always positive. Short of cloning yourselves, there is very little advice we can offer to improve the process of selling a house with the power of two working for you. To: Our manager I would like to commend you and agents Bob and Linda Reeder for a superb effort on our behalf. In very late July, due to unusual circumstances, my family and I were desperately seeking housing. Our preference was to buy, possibly a lease/purchase arrangement, or if necessary a rental. We had seen a property listed by your agency, and called to set up a showing. Our first contact was with Bob Reeder. As it turned out, that property owner was not receptive to our proposal, but that didn't stop Bob. We were directed by Bob to another property in the same area that fit our needs. From that point on everything else was downhill. Bob and Linda, working very effectively as a team, were able to put together separate lease and purchase agreements satisfactory to the seller and ourselves within hours. We were able to take possession of the house when we needed it, gave us time to gather the down payment, and close as early as possible. We were guided expertly through every phase of the purchase. All we had to do was respond to Bob and Linda's prompts for information and keep the necessary appointments they had arranged with us. I cannot imagine anyone being more flexible, knowledgeable, informative and helpful than Bob and Linda Reeder. I can assure you that Bob and Linda will be our first and only recommendations should any of our acquaintances need similar real estate services.
